JH TRADING shall not be held responsible for the operation of different platforms to which FEEXPAY is attached (Mobile Money and Moov Money, etc.) responsible for any external problems (technical, geographical, national) which may affect the functioning of the platform.

2.9. Cookies

2.10. Reserve funds

In order to mitigate the risks inherent in FeexPay in terms of back charges, a minimum of 10% is deducted from each transaction, thus constituting a reserve funds. The merchant can only dispose of these funds 07 months after the transaction. The funds are automatically added to the merchant's available bank balance.

3. LEGAL PROVISIONS

3.1. Duration of the contract

This contract is valid for an indefinite period. The merchant can stop it when they decide to stop using our services. To do so, he must inform JH TRADING.

3.2. Applicability of the Act

These conditions are valid in all countries in which FEEXPAY payment aggregator services are used. Their non-compliance is subject to the law and the courts of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration of OHADA.

3.3. Prohibited activities

FEEXPAY must not be used for any of the following activities:

• violating a law, contract, order or regulation;
in connection with transactions involving products that a risk to the safety of the consumer; drugs and related objects; objects illegal or objects intended to encourage, promote and facilitate activities illegal or to explain to others how to lead them; objects that promote hatred, violence, racial intolerance or financial exploitation of criminal acts; objects that can be considered of nature obscene;
which involve the sale of products or services identified by government agencies as having a high probability of fraud;
in relation to and/or financing terrorism.

3.4. Liabilities and reserves

Payment requests are automatic. But it can arrive depending on the case and amount that they be processed in a longer period of time.

You are responsible for all refund requests of your dissatisfied customers after judging, verification including that the refund will have to be made. • Overpayment
• Flow rejection;

4. COMMISSIONS

Unless otherwise specified, commissions are charged on each transaction to the recipient of the funds in the first instance and then to the Merchant's end customer in accordance with our fee schedule.

Additional fees may be charged in certain cases for :
• subscribe to optional services offered by FeexPay ;
• cover our costs of processing money transfers (inter-state or outside WAEMU); convert currencies if necessary.

With regard to outpayments, depending on the country and the withdrawal channel, additional charges will be applied for international transfers. For each outpayment, the merchant may therefore receive less than the amount requested. FeexPay may therefore apply related fees to each of these transactions.

5. ERRORS AND UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

You can view your transaction history at any time through the statistical data and reports contained in your account. It is very important that you inform FeexPay immediately and without delay in case any of the following situations occur:• constat d’un accès non autorisé sur votre compte :

• the discovery of a transaction not authorized by you but made on your account;
• loss, theft or deactivation of your cell phone or computer.
